Information on Western Balkans participation in platforms and networks

We are pleased to inform you about important clarification on fees for participating in networks and platforms.

In the previous programme period (2014-2020), the Western Balkans “partner countries” paid a modest fee to access and participate in the networks and platforms.

Based on the provisions of the 2021-2027 Erasmus+ legal base, this practice of charging fees will be discontinued. More specifically the Commission will not issue any requests for payments for the participation of legal entities from third countries not associated to the Programme (previous “partner countries”) in these networks and platforms.
